Missions
We're committed to supporting our brothers and sisters in the local and global mission field. For the safety of the global missionaries we support, we won't highlight them here individually, but below are local organizations that we partner with throughout the year. Please reach out to admin@theredemptionchurch.com if you have any questions about the missions organizations or missionaries we support.

Hesed House
Hesed House is a comprehensive homeless resource center based in Aurora, Illinois, whose mission is to feed the hungry, clothe those in need, shelter the homeless, and restore hope. As the second-largest homeless shelter in Illinois and the largest outside Chicago, it brings together a campus of specialized professionals and partner agencies to support over a thousand individuals and families annually through shelter and three housing programs. Beyond providing a safe place to stay, Hesed House offers help with housing, life skills, legal issues, health and mental health needs, and rebuilding support systems so people can return to independent living.

Pan de Vida Fresh Market
Pan de Vida Fresh Market is a community care initiative that provides fresh, dignified food access as a doorway into deeper relationships and support. They offer weekly distributions of produce, dry goods, meat, milk, and dairy so families can consistently meet essential needs. Launched in 2010 by a mother–daughter team serving 100 families a week, Pan de Vida grew dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic, partnering with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to reach over 6,000 families weekly and ultimately feeding more than 1.8 million people. Today, with 7 distribution sites, a dedicated staff and youth hires, and hundreds of volunteers, Pan de Vida’s vision goes beyond groceries—using food as the vehicle to build beloved community, connect neighbors to resources, and bring hope and healing to Chicago’s West Side.

Hood Heroes
Hood Heroes is a Chicago-based program that employs youth to become the heroes of their own neighborhoods through paid work, mentorship, and leadership development.
