1. Welcome

Welcome to The Redemption Church, and thank you for coming to worship with us today! Please join us for refreshments as we fellowship together immediately after service.

 

2. TRC Retreat (Fri.-Sun. Aug.31-Sept 2)

Please save the dates for our annual TRC retreat coming up at the end of August over Labor Day weekend. It will be a great time of fellowship with our TRC community as we build the body through the Word, prayer, and fellowship! Dr. Jon Choi (Pastor of Global Harvest Church, TX; Dallas Bible College Professor) and Dr. Caleb Kim will be our speakers. Dr. Jon will speak on Sunday as well.

3. ReFuel Revival (Fri.-Sat. Oct.4-Oct. 6)

We will be joining with several other churches in the area to gather together the first weekend of October to seek and pray for revival. The guest speaker will be Dr. Dane Ortlund who will be speaking on “Working from Rest”. Please join us as we pray and prepare for this revival. More details will be forthcoming.

 

4. Sunday Service Time Change

Due to some openings in NPCs schedule we are able to move our Lord’s Day service to an earlier time. Beginning Sunday, Sept. 2(retreat weekend) we will be changing our service time to noon.

 

5. Sunday Prayer Meeting (Sundays 11:30am-12:15pm, Room across the hall from MPR entrance)

All are welcome to pray for our worship service and our church on Sundays.

 

6. Join a Life Group!

We have life groups that meet three times/month in Naperville, Schaumburg, and the city. Please sign up on the website (www.theredemptionchurch.com) or by emailing us at asktrc@theredemptionchurch.com. It’s never too late to join!

 

7. Get Involved

There are plenty of opportunities to put your gifts and abilities to good use at TRC. If you are interested, please email us at asktrc@theredemptionchurch.com.

• Welcoming: Fold & pass out bulletins and greet people as they enter our worship service
• Setting up for service: Set up chairs and help the worship band set up the band equipment
• Preparing refreshments: Create the refreshments menu, prep before service, and have loads of fun in the kitchen during clean up!
• Children’s ministry: Teach a Bible lesson and a craft to the children
• Redemption No Borders: Write the Sunday missions report on a current event, country, or people group
