Order of Worship March 23, 2014

Creed* – All

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; The third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy Christian church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

4. Exodus World Service (Sign-ups through March)
Exodus is a ministry that helps refugee families become acclimated to their new lives in America (http://www.e-w-s.org/).

TRC will get involved by setting up a home for the family and gathering a month’s supply of essential household items. We have a sign-up sheet for the supplies to collect for the family at the Welcoming Table.  As a reminder, the collection of items will take place next week on Sunday March 30.

We will also continue to meet with the family on a regular basis to acclimate them to their new lives. For those who joined theteam of people to consistently meeting with the family after they have moved in, please complete the forms sent by David An.  There are copies of the background check document at the welcoming Table.
