TRC Services | Increased Health & Safety Efforts All regular meetings (life groups, prayer meetings, sunday services) have been suspended until further notice due to the Corona I Virus Concerns. Please stay connected via social media (instagram, facebook), email newsletter, and our website for updates from our leadership.

In-Person City Service on Sundays 12/6. In an effort to provide an opportunity for City folks to physically worship, we will host additional Sunday services on Sundays 11/8 and 12/6. These services will take place physically in the city at Covenant Presbyterian Church (2012 W. Dickens Ave., Chicago) starting at 1:30pm, and these second city services will be in addition to our weekly livestream. Please stop by if you would like to physically worship together! We have room for 50 attendees.

City married lifegroup has started, and it’s now open to all married & engaged couples. It will be led by Danny & Ellen Kim. The group meets on Saturdays once a month on Zoom and will go through a book together. If interested, you can sign up here or reach out to Danny Kim at

Register to Attend Livstream Service Starting Sunday, September 27, 2020, we are inviting people to join our Sunday 10:30am livestreams at National Louis in Lisle. Breakthrough Ministries At the beginning of August, we heard from our friends at Breakthrough that meal donations to their housing centers had deeply declined. For safety reasons, they were only allowing volunteers to order catered meals, which started becoming a financial burden. Breakthrough is now giving the opportunity for volunteers to prepare home-cooked meals at the date & time of their choice! You can request a shift at this link: Questions? Contact:

Virtual Prayer Wall The TRC Virtual Prayer Wall is up! On this Virtual Prayer Wall, you can post your prayer requests as well as read other people’s prayer requests to pray for them. This is a great place we can encourage one another through prayer.

Lord’s Day Service Livestream Please join us every Sunday at 10:30a for our Sunday service livestream. We encourage you to join us a little bit earlier to participate in the pre/post (and during for that matter) service live chat. It’s been a wonderful way to stay connected during these challenging times and we would love for you to join us as we worship.

Benevolence Fund TRC has a benevolence program dedicated to assist church members with need-based support.  For anyone in need, please use this form to begin the benevolence process.  Also, anyone can make special contributions to the Benevolence fund via our any of online giving platforms and please mark “Benevolence fund” in the memo.

Children’s Ministry Resources Our children’s ministry has been providing regular weekly lessons and resources to help equip parents to worship together as a family. If you would like to be included in the distribution, please email our Lisle Service Children’s Ministry Director, Shirley (if you are in the suburbs) or our City Service Children’s Ministry Director, Yun, for further information.

Thursday Prayer Meeting – Virtual While all our in-person gatherings have been suspended until further notice, the leadership team is working to create a virtual Thursday Prayer Meeting this week. TRC will have our own prayer meeting at 7:30pm via Zoom ( password: TRC123!). The prayer meeting will be 30-40 min long. Please join us for prayer!

Prayer Requests As many of us are going through some very challenging circumstances, our elders would like to make themselves available to pray with and for you. Please feel free to share your prayer requests with them by using our prayer form here. Let’s continue to be in prayer for one another even though physical distance continues to separate us.
