Hesed House is the second largest homeless shelter in the state of Illinois. We’re looking for individuals or small groups of people to prep a dinner for the residents.

We've divided the time commitments into smaller chunks to encourage participation for those who may be able to help for only a small amount of time. Food and recipes will be provided on site.

• December 3, Sunday, (5 volunteers): Pre-meal food prep at a TRC family home (TBD)

• December 4, Monday, 4pm-6pm (5 volunteers): Meal Prep & Cook

• December 4, Monday, 6pm-8pm (5 volunteers): Meal Cook & Serve at the Women's shelter

• December 4, Monday, 7pm-9pm (5 volunteers): Meal Serve and Clean at the Men's Shelter
